Exercise Physiology

Out exercise physiologists offer one-on-one clinical visits, as well as group exercise classes, including Pilates and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for our patients. Their aim is to help you reach your health and fitness goals, which may include:

  • Weight loss
  • Increase tone
  • Increase fitness levels
  • Increase muscle strength generally
  • Decrease pain
  • Increase community interaction in local sports or gyms
  • Decrease muscle tightness
  • Increase strength pre or post surgery
  • Manage blood sugar levels for diabetic clients
