Exercise Physiology
Out exercise physiologists offer one-on-one clinical visits, as well as group exercise classes, including Pilates and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for our patients. Their aim is to help you reach your health and fitness goals, which may include:
- Weight loss
- Increase tone
- Increase fitness levels
- Increase muscle strength generally
- Decrease pain
- Increase community interaction in local sports or gyms
- Decrease muscle tightness
- Increase strength pre or post surgery
- Manage blood sugar levels for diabetic clients
